"Jesus" is Lonely - So Catholics are Trying to Keep Him Company

The false Roman practice of bread worship was illustrated recently in an article titled, "Update: Eucharistic Adoration in the Diocese." This article, from 'The Catholic Times' of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus, Ohio, detailed the latest in Catholic idolatry in central Ohio.

"Eucharistic Adoration" is the Catholic worship of an inanimate piece of bread they think is Jesus. This supposedly happens when a priest incants some magical formula, and the God of the universe is then thought to humbly submit to the whim of a mere man, and then turn Himself into a piece of bread.

The article quotes a deceived Roman woman, who goes to a Roman church on a regular basis and spends an hour worshipping a piece of bread. She says, "Jesus is alone in the tabernacle all day." (The tabernacle is a small box, on either the main or side altar, which according to Rome, contains extra pieces of Jesus.) The woman continues, "I hate the fact that he's there all alone by himself every day."

So........the god of Rome is locked in a box by human hands and is lonely! But, this is the "jesus" that the Catholic Church wants - a god subject to a Roman priest, a god who is lonely, stuck in a dark box, and needs people to come and console him. The woman also said, "I stop in and visit him - spend some time with him." So she chats to pieces of bread locked in a box. This is what the wicked Roman doctrine of the eucharist leads to:

1. God is mocked in that He is reduced to a piece of bread stuck in a box.

2. People will worship and talk to pieces of bread.

Jesus said in John 8:12, "I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD," and in 10:9, "I AM THE DOOR," but I'm not going to talk to the light bulb above me, nor to my door, and I'm not going to ask some Roman priest to come and wave his magic wand over these objects, and then have him tell me to worship them!

God once again in His infallible book, the BIBLE, anticipated this false teaching. Acts 7:48-49 says, "HOWBEIT THE MOST HIGH DWELLETH NOT IN TEMPLES MADE WITH HANDS; AS SAITH THE PROPHET, "HEAVEN IS MY THRONE, AND EARTH IS MY FOOTSTOOL; WHAT HOUSE WILL YE BUILD ME?" If this was in reference to the temple in Jerusalem, how much more does this apply to a small box in your local Roman church?

Where is Jesus physically today? Not as some wafer in a box! Romans 8:34 says, "IT IS CHRIST THAT DIED, YEA RATHER, THAT IS RISEN AGAIN, WHO IS EVEN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD, WHO ALSO MAKETH INTERCESSION FOR US." Roman priests have lied to us - Jesus is at the right hand of the Father, He's not a lonely wafer in a Roman church.

May God give Catholics the grace to repent of the sin of mocking God by the idolatrous act of bread worship; may they forever forsake the Catholic Church, and receive the real Christ by faith ALONE.
