Catholic Love to Priests - Be They Perverts or Potheads

Norton, Ohio Roman priest Richard Arko was arrested Jan 21 for growing 35 marijuana plants in his rectory. With drug use destroying so many lives, one would think Catholics would be shocked at such behaviour, but this is NOT the case. Arko's parishioners held a fundraiser for him this past Jan 27!! This was reported on in the Jan 29 issue of the Akron, Ohio 'Beacon Journal,' in an article titled, "Parishioners Stand by Priest in Court."

The fundraiser for 'Father' Arko, a strict vegetarian and yoga practitioner, was held at a local restaurant. Here are a few 'Beacon Journal' quotes from Arko's parishioners at the fundraiser:

1. "We have a lot more serious things to address in this country than whether the parish priest smokes pot."

Comment - I guess some Catholics don't care if their clergymen are high on dope!

2. "If he did this, I'm sure it was for a good reason."

Comment - Like what??

One parishioner was actually quite prophetic when he said, "I'd walk through fire for him." Well......yes he will - for all eternity - if he doesn't forsake Roman Catholicism.

Question - How much does the Catholic love his idolatry? Answer - Enough to support perverts and potheads in the priesthood!

May God continue to expose the horrible nature of the Roman priesthood, free Catholics from their bondage, and give them faith in Christ ALONE for the full and free forgiveness of sins.
