US Catholic Bishops - Enemies of the American Worker

Labor Day will be observed Sept 6 in the USA. So is the US Conference of Catholic Bishops using the holiday to honor the American worker? Of course not! Instead, they are promoting their anti-American, pro-globalist agenda in a Sept 6 letter titled, "Labor Day 2004: Global Trade That Works for All."

Some quotes from the letter:

1. "Arguments that focus simply and exclusively on the likely domestic impact of trade are far too narrow."

Comment - The Catholic Church is impudently telling the American worker that he shouldn't complain if he loses his job to some factory in China - that such thinking is "far too narrow." While jobs go overseas, the bishops pat the American worker on the head, piously telling him, "You must realize it's the global economy that's important."

2. "US workers and their families must be able to earn a decent living and, when necessary, adjust to the requirements of job changes and dislocation."

Comment - "Adjust to the requirements of job changes and dislocation." The global economy desired by the pope and his bishops depends on the further eroding of American jobs and opportunities. The US bishops are lying to the American worker - Rome does NOT want him "to earn a decent living." Rome hopes the American worker will have to "adjust" and "adjust" downward until his wages are on par with those in Bangladesh and Honduras.

Americans had better wake up to the fact that the Catholic Church is working squarely against the interests of the American worker and farmer. You can rest assured that when it comes down to a choice of the American worker earning a "decent living" or global trade - the US Catholic bishops will choose global trade each time!

"Global Trade That Works for All?" Hardly! What the Catholic Church wants is - Global Trade That Works for 'Rome.'

The pope knows a global religion will need a global economy, and a real global economy will require the dismantling of the American economy. Please pray that God protect the United States from globalism and - the Roman Catholic Church.
