Catholic Bishop Uses Abortion Issue to Protect Church

In response to their being unmasked as protectors of child molesters, US Catholic bishops are probing for ways to re-assert their authority over American public officials in order to discourage legislative assemblies and law enforcement agencies from further protecting children, or investigating the sex crimes of the Catholic Church.

Details of such Roman action were given in a January 23 NewsMax.com article titled, "Bishop to Gov. Davis: Choose Abortion or Communion." The article reported that Sacramento, California Bishop William Weigand on January 22 fired a shot across the bow of California Governor Gray Davis, as Weigand warned Davis (a pro-abortion Catholic) he must renounce his support of abortion or stop taking "Holy Communion."

It's now been 30 years since the crime of abortion was made legal in the USA. Question - why all of a sudden is a Catholic bishop concerned about public officials who support abortion? Answer - because the murder of the unborn is nothing but a moral "club" Catholic bishops find convenient to threaten public officials with!! It does not matter to Roman bishops if one baby or a million babies are aborted, maintaining the power of Rome is all that matters!

The Roman Church wants to put the following thought into the heads of politicians, "If I investigate Catholic sex crimes, the local Catholic clergy will be on my back, and I might lose votes."

Weigand also mockingly said, "I'm just trying to clarify that he (Davis) is not in line with the Catholic Church on an issue that the pope has said is the most important issue of our day." Bishop Weigand is a liar - the only thing he wants to "clarify" is that he and his friends can make life difficult for those who don't submit to the whims of the Catholic Church.

Oh, and coincidentally......the state of California recently passed a law that will allow sex crime lawsuits against Roman clergy filed in 2003 to waive statute of limitations time provisions. It looks like California is getting a little "Payback" from the Catholic Church.

Please pray our Lord stops abortion, and may Christ give our political leaders the courage to say, "No," to Rome.

The Fable of the Floating Roman Fresco

American Catholic television's number one wife and husband team, Penny and Bob Lord, continue to feed Catholics unhealthy food from the Roman pantry. One of their latest rehashed fables is in their Christmas 2002 publication, the 'Good Newsletter,' as part of an article titled, "Miraculous Cross of Genzanno."

In 1467, two soldiers in Albania were praying before the fresco (image) of "Our Lady of Scutari," when suddenly the fresco detached itself from the wall and floated on a cloud, surrounded by angels. It then slowly floated the 19 miles to the coast of the Adriatic Sea, with the two soldiers following it on foot.

The soldiers then walked ON and across the Adriatic Sea, continuing to follow the floating fresco. How did they do this? The article says, "As each foot would touch the water, it stepped onto what became a small solid diamond, like slate, which held up their weight. Then as the foot would raise up, the little diamond would disappear and another would form as the next foot touched the water. This continued all the way from Albania to Italy, a distance of just over 190 miles."

The journey went on to the outskirts of Rome, where in an instant the fresco vanished! As the article says at this point, "But she (Mary) was full of surprises." Wow!! How about that Roman "Mary?" (In actuality not the real Mary of the bible, but a demonic being playing upon the Catholic love of idolatry). She's always keeping Catholics on the edge of their seats!

Fast-forward to the town of Genzanno, Italy, 31 miles from Rome. At 4 PM on April 25, 1467, all of a sudden the townspeople heard angelic choirs, and then they saw the fresco floating down to within six inches of the wall of the local Roman church. To this day, the fresco supposedly still floats six inches off the wall, BUT, to quote the article, "A large frame has been placed around it so that no one can see the space between the fresco and the wall." Hmmmm......that sounds very 'Catholicly' convenient!

However, the article inadvertently gives away the REAL reason for this miracle: "As soon as this miracle had taken place, MONEY began to POUR IN for the construction of the little church." It looks like "miracles" were very, very good for the Genzanno economy!

May Christ give bible-believing Protestants the eye-salve to see the utterly false nature of Romanism and the fairy tales it tells. May Christ also protect us from the Roman Catholic Church.

Roman Bishop Given Evidence to Destroy

The 'Boston Globe' in a January 7 article titled, "Ex-N.H. Bishop Said to Destroy Records," reported:

"Former Bishop Odore Gendron destroyed church records in the 1980s that detailed sexual abuse of children by two Roman Catholic priests, court records show. The records indicate that Gendron, who was bishop of the Diocese of Manchester (New Hampshire) from 1975 to 1990, destroyed documents - once at the request of an accused priest and again at the request of a facility treating another priest for abuse."

The article continued:

1. "Patrick McGee, spokesman for the diocese, said Gendron did destroy the documents in question because they were private medical records and were made available to the diocese on the condition that they be destroyed." Those two pervert priests knew full well that Bishop Gendron would keep them out of prison by destroying such documents! You know......the last thought a Catholic priest has before he sexually abuses a child must be, "I know my bishop will protect me."

(And Catholics claim their bishops are direct successors to the apostles - surely they jest!)

2. "McGee said the intent was never to cover up the allegations." Do you believe him??? It would be laughable, except the unpunished crimes perpetrated by these Catholic queers were so horrible and life shattering.

Please keep praying daily that our Lord Jesus Christ would protect Catholic children from their priests, because Catholic parents evidently still prefer offering their children upon the Roman altar of priestly lusts.
